Our front of house restaurant staff is a crucial part of our team. The ideal candidate for the position will provide world-class customer service, all while multi-tasking and performing a variety of tasks.

Front of house supervisor will be responsible for providing customers with a safe and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all dining and bar service activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure only high-quality food is served, while efficient and accurate service is provided.
• Manage and train the front of the house staff
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations, adapt quickly to all new COVID safe practices and regulations in place.
• Manage all reservations on a daily basis to ensure proper staff and flow of restaurant..
• Any other tasks deemed necessary by restaurant manger or dining room supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience as a Supervisor in an upscale pub setting
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
