Restaurant Supervisor - Casino supervises restaurant operations and personnel, schedules employees, and fills-in where necessary. Manages staffing schedules, inspects the kitchen, monitors inventory and cash flows, and ensures customer satisfaction. Being a Restaurant Supervisor - Casino may require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Pair-A-Dice is an independent casino host offering trips to casino players to casinos across the US and cruise lines. Responsibilities:
-Schedule individual and group trips to casinos
-Establish & maintain client relationships
-Daily calling clients as needed regarding future trips, cruises and events
-Working with casino marketing teams at casino properties and cruise lines
-Communicating with clients and partner companies using multiple channels
-Completing assigned tasks in areas of specialties
-Some travel is required, typically around 1 time per quarterRequirements:
-Proven success in customer service
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for learning new systems
