Pool Restaurant Supervisor
II. Job Summary
Primarily responsible for assisting management with the day-to-day dining operation of the Pool Restaurant. This hands on position will assist with training, scheduling, and supervising the service staff at the pool. Provides professional and courteous service to the membership and supports the dining staff to execute quality service. Leads by example by upholding CHCC standards and displays integrity.
III. Job Tasks (Duties)
1. Trains, supervises, and coaches dining staff to ensure quality and consistency of service
2. Displays impeccable attention to detail regarding cleanliness and organization
3. Ensures opening and closing side work is completed on time
4. Ensures re-stocking of products and supplies is done daily (at the end of the day)
5. Ensures accurate transfers of products from the clubhouse to the pool facility
6. Collaborates with management to resolve problems professionally and quickly
7. Assists with ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
8. Responsible for properly locking up the Pool Restaurant in the evenings
9. Reports service summary to management nightly
10. Manages the Pool Restaurant in the absence of management
11. Gathers member feedback and follows up accordingly where necessary
12. Assists as a bartender and/or server as necessary
13. Ensure adherence to guidelines and service standards
14. Suggests areas of opportunity to improve daily operation
15. Assists with inventory, product recommendations and ordering
16. Perform various other duties as assigned
IV. Licenses and Special Requirements
1. Responsible alcohol service certification
2. Serve Safe certified desirable
V. Physical Demands and Work Environment
1. Sufficient stamina to tolerate hot and humid outdoor weather for several consecutive hours
2. Continuous standing, walking, running bending, stooping, and repetitive actions
3. Frequent lifting and moving of objects
