Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.

Responsibilities:

-Running the door and floor

-Mastery of Opentable and our phone system

- Manage and train staff members to provide excellent customer service

- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience

- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
