    Responsibilities:

    -Running the door and floor

    -Mastery of Opentable and our phone system

    - Manage and train staff members to provide excellent customer service

    - Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees

    - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

    - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

    - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

    - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
