We are seeking a talented, service-minded Restaurant Supervisor who is as committed as we are to providing total guest satisfaction and who shows a passion for excellence. You must have a strong bartending background and have a solid understanding of food safety standards.

Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ensure FOH service standards are maintained
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding
• Participate in interviews and hiring
• Oversee daily operations
• Conduct closing procedures, cash handling, and nightly paperwork
• Inventory counting and data entry

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:

• Bartending experience is a must!
• Previous experience as a supervisor in a full-service restaurant
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; proficient computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
