We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to oversee food and beverage service at the pool while ensuring the entire area is clean and that prompt, accurate and gracious guest satisfaction is fulfilled throughout the day. The F&B Supervisor will also assist other F&B outlets such as the restaurant, bar/lounge and in room dining. This individual will train staff to ready the station before opening and closing shifts, complete scheduled side work, and focus on complete guest care. Additional responsibilities include assisting with scheduling and inventory control.
Requirements
HS diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, with one year of previous food and beverage supervisory experience. Wine knowledge and bartending skills are a plus. Clear, effective written and verbal English communication is required. The ability to accurately count cash and efficiently process transactions using company systems is expected. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. CPR and first aid knowledge is helpful.
