JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager, the Restaurant
Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions in the
restaurant, including appearance, presentation, customer experience, and professional
leadership and direction to front-of-the-house employees. Friendly, professional attitude
always required. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Neat clean
appearance is a must.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Management or Supervisory restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dining, buffet, and food maintenance operations.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Micros POS system.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to service customers in a professional appearance and manner.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relation skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must adhere to Legendary Waters resort & Casino’s policies and procedures.
• Must adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Responsible for the delivery of service for all restaurant functions.

• Responsible for quality control of items being served.
• Trains staff members, organizes workloads, and directs staff.
• Ensures the interior surroundings are safe, clean, and professional.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Scheduling of employees.
• Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Work directly with kitchen staff.
• Provide customers with assistance as necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
