Overview:
The Market Manager is responsible for delivering a consistent sales engagement and fresh food production program within an assigned geography of 12-16 retail locations to meet all program goals and metrics. This role will require regular travel (including overnight) within assigned territory (multi-state) to develop and audit on-site performance, food safety standards, and sales objectives being managed by the Supervisor who leads a team of part-time associates at each location. Focus will include but not be limited to staffing, execution, training, planning, coaching, and relationships to meet performance expectations. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced multi-unit manager who is a team player, enthusiastic, professional, and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to elevate each location to their fullest potential.
