Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various flooring materials such as tile, carpet, vinyl, and hardwood. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
- Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling
- Install flooring materials according to design plans and specifications
- Apply adhesives, nails, or staples to secure flooring in place
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials
- Repair or replace damaged flooring as needed
- Clean up the work area and remove debris after installation is complete

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Proficient in using tools and equipment related to flooring installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
