Retail Branch Trainer ensures maximum effectiveness of sales and service goals by developing, implementing, and conducting branch training programs. Researches new training methods and determines feasibility of use. Being a Retail Branch Trainer evaluates and enhances training programs to maximize revenue goals and enhance staff development. Conducts training on- and off-site to both general employee groups and management groups. Additionally, Retail Branch Trainer typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Retail Branch Trainer typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. CURRENT JOB: Visit Albertson (different banners in different cities) stores to perform a floor care audit, assessing wax sheen and presentation in various departments throughout the store and answering a survey on each department. Time on site is usually 20-40 minutes. Pay is $25 per visit. Can be done anytime during store open hours. No need for a pre-call to store. Reporting on client app or website with photos required.
Future work: Once in PHG Retail Services system you will receive all jobs posted to your geographic area with brief description and pay for review and you can request the job if interested.
PLEASE NOTE this is not a full time or permanent part time job. One time visit Jobs are posted and distributed on an as needed bases as PHG receives them from the clients.
