The Assistant Retail Trainer is responsible for conducting training for team members at all levels. He or she collaborates with the Retail Sales and Training Manager, ROSD, Compliance, Human Resources, and other departments to develop and deliver training programs that will provide essential tools to strengthen knowledge, productivity, and performance, resulting in consistency of work standards. The Assistant Retail Trainer serves as one of the primary trainers for new hires and current employees in Retail positions. He or she provides ongoing Retail training in cases of updated/new products, relationship building, policies, procedures, or systems and to reinforce those already in place. The Assistant Retail Trainer assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance. He or she maintains training library resources and distributes materials to managers and other personnel as needed. They ensures consistent, timely and relevant training opportunities are available and executed to support the strategic goals of the organization and to aid in long-term employee development. He or she provides support in the planning and implementation of large events and meetings.
