Researches new training methods and determines feasibility of use. Being a Retail Branch Trainer evaluates and enhances training programs to maximize revenue goals and enhance staff development. Conducts training on- and off-site to both general employee groups and management groups. Additionally, Retail Branch Trainer typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Retail Branch Trainer typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
