Demonstrate an understanding of and adherence to the Hospitality and Real Estate’s Mission and Values in order to maintain the status of this 5-star property. Contribute to the overall enjoyment of the guests’ shopping experience. Follow policies and procedures as established for the Kohler retail stores. Assist the Kohler retail team in whatever way possible to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of Wisconsin Trader.

Responsible for leading and modeling the Hospitality by D.E.S.I.G.N. service expectations for Destination Kohler. Work with other stores and departments to create luxury guest experiences and facilitate smooth functioning of the Wisconsin Trader.
This is a full-time position. Hours of operation are 10am-6pm, weekends are required.
