The Director of Franchising is responsible for overseeing both our business development and franchise support teams. Our business development team meets with independent shops and prospective franchisees to locate new body shops for our network. Our franchise support team manages the process of newly signed shops through training, branding and operations excellence to move them to being a publicly announced ProColor location. This role is integral to our long-term success and hitting our growth objectives; We continually need new shops in the pipeline and coming on board, which requires us to be continually training new shops and getting them ready to be announced publicly and thereby sold to our fleet and insurance partners – ever expanding our footprint and partnerships with our key accounts.
