Additionally, this role entails serving as the supervisor for cinema employees, overseeing their activities and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:

Deliver Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and resolving issues or concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive assistance and personalized interactions.

Drive Merchandising and Visual Presentation:

• Collaborate with the management team to ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase clothing and accessories in-store.
• Maintain visual standards to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the retail environment.

Facilitate Artist Coordination and Networking:

• Identify and recruit artists interested in utilizing retail space to showcase and sell their products, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership.
• Coordinate with artists to showcase their work within the retail space, aligning with the brand's aesthetic and values.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists to foster ongoing partnerships and collaborations.

Sales Development and Relationship Building:

• Actively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Develop relationships with customers to understand their preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Follow up with customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.

Provide Operations Support:

• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
• Contribute to the smooth functioning of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to address any operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.

Supervision of Cinema Employees:

• Oversee cinema employees' activities, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance and support to cinema staff to maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks to uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the cinema area.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $18 per hour.

Work Schedule:

• This is a Friday-Sunday position, approximately 18-20 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably in a fashion or apparel environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating leadership capabilities and the ability to oversee and guide a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Creative flair and an eye for design, with experience in merchandising and visual presentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects and collaborate with external partners, such as artists or designers.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required in a retail setting.
• Proficiency in working with computers and other electronics, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions quickly, and demonstrate comfort with opening and closing the store solo, ensuring smooth operations during all shifts.
