Retail Coordinator is responsible for processing and maintaining the Retail Incentive Program for all retail staff, including Management, (across all banks) as well as performing multiple retail data reports on a monthly basis to support Executive Vice President of Retail/Financial Advisor. Retail Coordinator also assists with processing of Investment paperwork, setting up new accts, processing contributions/distributions and other duties as assigned.
The individual will work with all retail employees to answer questions regarding any of the criteria to meet incentive goals, enter CRM activity, or provide analysis on monthly payout questions.
In addition, the individual will track and report all data used for Quarterly Goals, as well as information supplied to the monthly Board Meeting. Use of CRM, Viewpoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point are vital, along with attention to detail, organization and ability to work independently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare/Review CRM Monthly Incentive Report
Processing Monthly Carryovers from every retail employee
Requesting and document all investment/insurance/Credit Card referrals from each bank/branch
On a monthly basis-Preparing payroll for monthly incentives in a timely fashion:
Tracking Quarterly progress on Manager Incentive-Preparing Monthly Net DDA report
Preparing Monthly/Quarterly Deficit Balance Reports-Preparing NSF monthly report
Updating UCB Intranet with current retail rankings/product penetration
Track monthly ATM report-Preparing a monthly Board Report-Monitor
Track all Closed Accts for each bank/brand-Provide Banker/Teller performance sheets to management for reviews
Update Debit Card reports for all banks
Track ODP Compliance Monitoring
Track and Maintain the UCB Maintenance system (Randy/Billy)
Process weekly Repurchase Agreement Confirmations
Monitor ODP Loan Payments on a monthly basis
Provide assistance with processing of all investment paperwork
Recording Minutes for all CRM/Area Meetings-Other duties/projects as assigned.
