Additionally, Retail Franchising Director typically reports to top management. The Retail Franchising Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Retail Franchising Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. - Maintaining a vehicle that presents a professional and hospitable image to Guests.
- Delivering orders in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Taking accurate orders
- Answering customer questions
- Preparing pizza dough
- Slicing and chopping toppings like vegetable and meats
- Executing customers’ orders considering special requests.
Job Requirements include:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with 2 years of safe driving history
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day
- Need to be able to lift minimum 50 lbs.
