Retail Franchising Director jobs in Oklahoma City, OK

Assist the University Store Director with the direction and coordination of the management functions and budgetary goals of the Student Union (SU) Retail Operations (including the University Store with annual sales in excess of $16 million)and Union Stores -leased shops to insure an effective mix of goods and services, revenue generation, space utilization and customer service are provided within the SU.

On call as needed. Required to work Evening & Weekends depending upon events.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Five years of experience in progressive management within a retail environment.

Planning
Organizing
Personnel
Supervision
Budget
Financial systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing a large college bookstore.
Experience working with Ratex system.
