Position Summary:
The Real Estate Manager will be responsible and manage the Sitewise Modeling/Whitespace Tool. Have a proven record of understanding financial returns/real estate modeling to help interpret and grow store count in a positive and accretive manner. They have demonstrated success in building relationships and working with executive management throughout the entire real estate process. This is a core role at the front end of the Support Team, Operations, Bakery Owners, and Finance to help lay the foundation for our growth goals both short term and long term.
