QUICK SERVE RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER $30,000 - $46,000 Monthly Bonus

We are looking for experienced quick serve or fast food restaurant General Managers seeking a new challenge. This opportunity is to join a growing franchisee of a major international burger and chicken sandwich chain.

Based in Southeastern Michigan, this company has a long record of operational success and you can be a part of their future.

Responsibilities for our General Manager position include :

• Overall responsibility of running fast food unit with approximately $1-2 Million in sales per year.
• Financial analysis and forecasting.
• Sales Building.
• Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers.
• Performance feedback and corrective action.
• Maintenance of facility and equipment.
• Financial reporting.

Requirements for our QSR Restaurant Manager include :

• 2 to 3 year's experience as a General Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant.
• Experience with $1.5MM or higher restaurants.
• No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated or a location closed / was sold.
• Ability to articulate personal success stories.
• Experience with a drive-thru window preferred, but not required.
• Valid unrestricted driver license.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
