This role requires a strong focus on client relationships, sales, and objective management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sell weight loss programs, demonstrating the value and benefits of our services.
- Provide one-on-one health coaching sessions to clients
- Educate clients on our nutrition program and guide them throughout the process
- Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual client needs
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire positive lifestyle changes
- Monitor and track client progress towards health goals
- Collaborate with clients to address barriers and challenges to health improvement
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their goals and develop personalized weight loss plans.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Schedule client appointments and manage client progress.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and adapt programs as needed to meet their goals.
- Address client concerns and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Provide motivation and encouragement to help clients stay on track.
