Rate of Pay: $19.43 per hour.

Equalization Duties: customer service as it relates to Equalization, issue building permits, filing, working with sales information, working with Drainage applicants, and general office duties and other duties as assigned. Register of Deeds Duties: working a minimum of 5 hours to cover lunch hours and possibly more when needed, process legal documents, provide assistance with Vital Records, general office duties & others that are assigned.

Applicant must have: a high school diploma or GED Certificate; knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; the ability to learn the County software systems and numerous state laws; the ability to interact well with the public and must be detailed oriented.
