Ensures employees understand and follow policies and procedures for loss prevention and cash handling. Additionally, Retail Loss Prevention Representative collects, records, and maintains loss and incident data in appropriate format and system. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Retail Loss Prevention Representative works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. - Work closely with local law enforcement and court officials.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous loss prevention or related experience preferred.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is preferred.
