The Pricing/Margin Analyst is someone that is very detailed, keeps an organized process, loves data and likes to contribute significantly to the financial health of the organization. Detective work comes natural, seeking solutions, being inquisitive, collecting information and putting it all together to create positive results. While it would be great to have these skills with a food/produce background, individuals with an accounting background, inventory background or analytics processing background could find success in this role. Extensive time will be spent setting pricing and creating margin, so solid PC skills and database/software understanding are a must.
General Summary:
In this role you will be a critical contributor in our food distribution process by ensuring all product is properly priced, customer pricing contracts are complied with, and our margin expectations are exceeded. You will execute all pricing, price related reporting, price/margin related analytics to ensure we maximize the value of our product and services.
