Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 8-10 years of direct pricing experience or Master’s Degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant pricing experience supporting cost proposals, including government, FAR-based proposals.
FMS experience supporting DoD and missile system experience preferred.
Able to work in a team setting and able to ask for help when the need arises.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high demand environment.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Provide financial, and logistical support to the IPM in the development, administering, and overseeing of the execution of FMS LOAs within the constraints and guidelines established in the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).
Develop cost narratives in MS Word that explain, define, and quantify the pricing data to be cost reasonable, cost effective, and cost realistic.
Respond to pricing requirements specified by the solicitation.
Provide pricing experience and knowledge during Integrated Product Team (IPT) sessions.
Verify and validate the final pricing product for compliance with all solicitation requirements, and USG policies.
Identify potential financial risks associated with the pricing strategy.
Coordinate pricing actions with industry partners to ensure pricing data is complete and accurate.
Stay up to date on Security Assistance pricing policy and regulations.
Participate in the development of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer & Acceptance (LOAs), amendments, Pricing and Availability (P&A) documents, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) documents, based upon Letters of Request (LOR) submitted by the Partner Nation.
Assist in preparing material for country briefings as well as preparing reports and memorandums.
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Research transactions and collect information to assist in various logistical duties to include tracking requirements and equipment, and reporting discrepancies.
Review procurement information and documentation, and determine the status of supply actions.
Provide historical reference by developing, utilizing, and maintaining filing and information database systems.
