Summary:

Miraclon is looking for a Pricing Operations Analyst to join our Worldwide Go To Market (GTM) team. Miraclon operates their business across 4 regions around the world. Each regional team operates under the Chief Commercial Officer, who is supported by the Commercial Operations’ team. As the Worldwide GTM Pricing Operations Analyst, you will provide pricing solutions to Miraclon’s customers through the sales and account management channels. You will use information resources regarding customer needs, historical data, market conditions, and internal margin/revenue targets to support worldwide pricing operations.

You will report to the Commercial Operations Director.

In this role you will

• Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models. 
• Grow total gross margin by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values, conversion rates, inelasticity, margin rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor input costing changes and develop sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare pricing analysis with insights, trends, and suggestions.
• Communicate and help implement pricing changes through the regional organisations. 
• Lead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining deliverables, and drafting communications or presentations

Responsibilities:

• Help setting up processes and systems to efficiently implement pricing worldwide. 
• Develop pricing models.
• Establish sales prices.
• Establish forecasting and probability Modelling. 
• Compare sales trends to previous periods and determine the cause for decrease or increase.
• Track and report on achievement of revenue goals and Commercial objectives.
• Prepare status reports on goals and objectives.
• Create framework for anomaly detection.
• Report on connected data.
• Report on quality data.
• Report on Alpha and Beta activities.
• Analyse buying patterns and customer behaviours.
• Other duties as applicable.
