Your Responsibilities:

• Guide clients seamlessly through the entire real estate process, ensuring a smooth journey from listing to closing.
• Utilize your local expertise to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods, building trust and rapport with clients.
• Proactively prospect for new business, nurturing leads and maximizing sales opportunities, all while perfecting your "phone voice" for those delightful sales calls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and increase sales volume, because let's face it, happy clients mean more referrals!
