• Are you aware this is a 1099 commission position?
• In order to obtain an Ohio Real Estate License, you have to complete 120 hrs of classes. Pass all classes, an FBI fingerprint background check, plus an accepted application with the state. Classes can be taken in person or online. The cost for the classes that most schools are around $1,200 for the classes. Are you able and willing to complete those tasks?
