Retail Real Estate Manager oversees regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Communicates with the landlord to help evaluate and resolve any disputes. Being a Retail Real Estate Manager ensures property is maintained. May serve as a point of contact for the community. Additionally, Retail Real Estate Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest or experience in customer service, sales, and/or leasing. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with the leasing process, including touring the property and apartments, explaining lease terms and conditions, completing paperwork, and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain active customer/prospect list from prospective new residents that contact us thru phone calls, walk-ins, and e-mails
- Welcome and show property to prospective new residenys
- Prepare & process rental applications, lease agreements, and other documents.
- Provide excellent customer service.
