Retail Real Estate Manager oversees regional real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Communicates with the landlord to help evaluate and resolve any disputes. Being a Retail Real Estate Manager ensures property is maintained. May serve as a point of contact for the community. Additionally, Retail Real Estate Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Retail Real Estate Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
    • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
    • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
    Qualifications
    • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
    • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
    • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
    • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
    • Tech savvy
    • Self-motivation and drive
    Compensation
    $55,000 average at plan commission
