Team Rivera is seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Assistant to be a pivotal player in our emerging marketing department. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation and execution of marketing campaigns with the primary goal of increasing listing opportunities for the team, dedicating 75% of your focus to this area.
• Continually test and refine marketing strategies to optimize results, ensuring a proactive approach to improving campaign effectiveness.
• Lead the charge in formulating strategic marketing plans for listings, aiming to attract seller leads and listing opportunities while enhancing brand recognition and credibility.
• Spearhead our social media management, consistently working to enhance our online presence and promote the Team Rivera brand effectively.
• Participate in community events to promote our brand and establish strong local connections.
• Handle diverse project sizes, pushing each to completion with a strong sense of urgency and dedication.
• Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing package, listing agreement, seller's disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, etc.
• Coordinate with sellers for vendor services including photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signing, lockbox, access requirements, marketing activities, and showings
• Input all listing information into MLS and marketing websites and update as needed
• Schedule 30-day, 90-day, and 120-day client customer service follow-up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for reviews
• Create & regularly prepare buyer & seller consultation packages, event flyers, graphics, and all other marketing materials
• Work with the management team in planning and coordinating all client & vendor appreciation events
• Update business operations manual and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Help organize and maintain the common areas of the office
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Driven to complete projects efficiently and effectively, demonstrating a high sense of urgency.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• No prior marketing experience required, but a keen interest in marketing is highly valued.
• High school diploma or GED is essential; further education is a plus.
