We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Operations Manager for our real estate group. As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in creating systems and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our real estate business. You have previous experience in and a passion for real estate. You have the ability to see where improvements can be made and are able to present those. This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours and an opportunity to contribute to a growing business.

$30 - $35 hourly

• Oversee and manage day to day responsibilities of our virtual assistant.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations ensuring efficient and effective processes. Creating new procedures and processes where necessary.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, inspections, property viewings and open houses.
• Maintain accurate records of property listings, client information and transaction details.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and online listings.
• Act as a liaison between real estate agents and clients ensuring timely communication and exceptional customer service.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new real estate agents.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscapes.
• Identify, develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and enhance business growth.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, legal requirements and ethical standards.

Previous experience in real estate operations or property management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and databases.
• Knowledge of all social media.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintain records and documents.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to manage people.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle occasional evening or weekend work.
