We are a full-service residential real estate firm that works with local and out-of-state buyers, property management, and mortgage and trust deed investments.
In this position, you will be supporting Property Management by leasing vacant listings as well as being a Realtor working with buyers and sellers on their homes and investment property transactions throughout Kentucky and Tennessee. You will need to manage a wide array of clients and prospects from first-time buyers to tenants and seasoned investors. The main objective of this position is to increase company real estate sales and lease all vacant property in 30 days or less.
50% of your day will be on the phones and 50% of your day will be at properties. You must be comfortable with interpersonal communication via telephone, email interaction, and face-to-face.
