Experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (MUST reside in the Middle TN Area)
We are searching for an experienced, skilled, in-house, Transaction Coordinator to join our growing Real Estate Company. A Transaction Coordinator's job is to focus on managing all administrative aspects of a real estate transaction from the beginning of the contract to closing. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Realtor in Tennessee and possess unmatched attention to detail, a high level of organization, as well as excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and enjoy working with people.
Compensation:$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Our ideal candidate will be motivated to provide the highest level of customer service to our agents and clients. You should be punctual, have a sense of urgency, be an active listener, and anticipate challenges before they arise and problem-solve.
You should have masterful organization skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for verification of required documentation, including signatures and necessary dates, and ensuring Agency reporting accuracy across a multitude of programs; The MLS, Google Sheets, CRM, Data Management, Google Calendar, Dotloop, and more.
You must have the ability to articulate effectively in person, verbally, and written. You will work closely with all parties involving many real estate transactions; clients, agents, vendors, title and mortgage companies. Our ideal candidate will exemplify a positive, collaborative team environment, and maintain composure in potentially stressful situations.
You will be prioritizing, coordinating, and scheduling varying activities such as; home inspections, termite inspections, radon inspections, septic inspections, photography, staging consultations, repairs, walk-throughs, and closings. You'll also be communicating and confirming these items with everyone effectively.
