The Support Services Clerk provides supplies and equipment in an efficient manner, to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Check in and stock facility orders, including routine orders for departments.
• Assure the supplies and equipment are properly stored per Eventide policy and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and cleaning the Central Supply Room.
• Examine equipment for disrepair and report defects to the Director.
• Notify appropriate department when special orders have arrived.
• This position may be cross trained as a laundry aide, housekeeper or floor care assistant.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
