    WE LOVE OUR WORK.:
    • Maintains requisition files to ensure receipts are accurately recorded.
    • Verifies vendor invoices for accuracy. Notes and reconciles all discrepancies.
    • Records damaged products and notifies the proper department of the corrective action required.
    • Coordinates deliveries and stocking of receipts with Manager. Labels all receipts for delivery and ensures signed delivery copies are returned to warehouse.
    • Inspects good and informs Manager of any problems.
    • Processes all incoming and outgoing United Parcel Service, USPS, and Fed Ex items.
    • Checking in, stocking and delivering Food & Beverage goods.
    • Must maintain a valid drivers license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have driver's license on their person at all times.
    • Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
    • Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.

    • Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software.
    • Good communication skills. Good math skills. PC knowledge a must (lotus, excel, word).
    • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance and taste or smell. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Heavy lifting, bending, stooping, for long periods of time.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The team member is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
