• Receive and store properly authorized goods, including food & beverage, supplies stocks, and equipment purchased by the Culinary department
• Verify quantities and quality versus those authorized for purchase
• Maintain a log of all received goods
• Facilitate delivery of received items to storerooms and/or to requesting department
• Maintains appropriate records/receipts of supplies and equipment purchased, received, stored and issued.
• Ship outgoing packages as requested by departments and/or guests
• Maintain a log of outgoing shipments
• Ensure only duly authorized purchases are accepted, all other deliveries should be refused delivery
• Prepare the BANQUET PREP LIST store & secure the cart prior to event start time with the direction of banquet manager and executive chef
• Check through the BEO, MENU & set ups and make sure have everything on the care
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the leadership team

About you...

• Similar experience strongly preferred
• Experience in accounting and finance is a plus
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
• Basic knowledgeable of purchasing and receiving, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50lbs
• Abllity to communite effecitvely in written and verbal English
