Retail Scanning Coordinator jobs in Evansville, IN

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Must work well with others and be a supportive asset to the department. 
• Participate in all areas of the scan to shred process (check reports and/or forms, scan, quality control, log and shred) in accordance with each department’s retention requirements. This includes but not limited to Loan Servicing, Card Services, Asset Protection, Deposit Operations, Indirect Lending, Direct Lending, Specialty Accounts, Mortgage, etc. 
• Indirect Lending – Process membership forms and loans from scan to shred in accordance with departmental procedures. 
• Consumer Lending – Contribute to all stages of the scan to shred process. 
• Quality control and shred historical previously scanned documents located in all locations of the credit union. 
• Scan proof of insurance documents in a timely manner. 
• Assist various branches and departments with scanning questions. 
• Contact individuals regarding documents needed for scanning via phone or e-mail. 
• Display discretion with confidential member information. 
• Knowledge of Excel and Word is a plus. 
• Understand Nautilus and any system used to efficiently store documents. 
• Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time and walk to various departments as needed.
