SUMMARY

The Scanning Clerk is responsible for producing legible digital copies of documents for retention purposes and ensuring accuracy of the scanned documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Files within appropriate file system all dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material
• Reads/examines incoming material for accuracy and legibility, gets clarification, if necessary, classifies properly, and files within appropriate file system.
• Prep and organize documents to be scanned; remove any bindings, staples, clips, etc.
• Scan, title and electronically file documents effectively.
• Provide administrative assistance to other departments.
• Maintains a professional work appearance, and clean workspace.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

PAY INFORMATION: 16.28 per hour.
