Production Scanning Clerk/Driver

Key Skills, Requirements for the Employee:

Primary Functions: Scanning Clerk preparation, scanning of business records and driving company small vehicle 10 to 18 hours per week.

• Responsible for document preparation (removing staples) and indexing, including but not limited to sorting, ensuring a quality image according to specific client requests.
• Follow production procedures and adhere to guidelines of maintaining clean work environment.
• Perform quality checks on documents scanned and prepared record accuracy and correct any quality issues as needed.
• Collaborate with team members
• Detect Image errors and determine the cause of the errors during QC
• Utilize the keyboard to conduct manual data entry of required fields for verification.
• Reassembly of some documents back to their original condition as required.
• Lift, load and move boxes (average weight: 35 pounds)
• Comply with daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment

When Driving 10 to 18 hours per week. Driver serves customers by picking- up/delivering boxes of documents.

Our drivers are the public face of The TAB Group, trusted to transport and handle client materials and engage with clients and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner. Drivers are responsible for driving a company vehicle to transport materials from client and The TAB Group location; loading and unloading, preparing paperwork and performing daily vehicle maintenance to ensure it functions efficiently.

• Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry wheeled hand trucks, up and down inclines, stairs, changes in walking surfaces and elevations
• Lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Demonstrate safe and efficient driving skills.
• At least 1 year of route transportation experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Communicates in a friendly professional manner with clients and co-workers
• Operates and maintains company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Handles all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving without assistance
• Executes accurate and timely handling of client delivery requests.

Other Responsibilities:

• Must be accepting of change and projects of long duration.
• Sitting for extended periods of time.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a clean driving record, current and valid NJ license.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
