The coordinator will contribute to maintaining the highest standards in file management, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy during the alteration and distribution of files.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain an organized archive system for production files.
• Implement best practices for systematic file storage, version control, and naming conventions.
• Review and implement requested modifications to production files, ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for corrections during the reprint process.
• Coordinate the timely distribution of approved files to vendors, departments, and internal teams.
• Respond promptly to file requests, ensuring secure and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand specific distribution requirements.
• Serve as a point of contact for file-related inquiries and requests.
