Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Professional Meeting Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of meetings and events, from small-scale gatherings to large conferences, ensuring they align with client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives for each event.
• Manage event space, vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and maintaining financial records.
• Create comprehensive event timelines, schedules, and logistical plans, ensuring all aspects are meticulously coordinated.
• Oversee all event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site management to ensure events run seamlessly.
• Implement creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and achieve event success.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of event planning principles, logistics, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with clients, and vendors effectively.
• Proficient in event management software and tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative event concepts and experiences.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, thriving in an autonomous work environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings as needed for events.
