Retail Space Management Coordinator jobs in Youngstown, OH

Responsibilities:.

This job is to make a major push in our companh to sign quality tenants and maintain portfolio occupancy

- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain a 94% occupancy rate across our property portfolio.

- Process leads from syndication sites and assess their suitability for our properties.

- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.

- Facilitate tenant lease signings, onboarding into our property management system, and manage move-in processes

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or leasing preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with tenants
- Proficient in office software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
