Retail Space Management Manager jobs in Springfield, OH

We are looking for someone to join our growing team as a Property Manager for our Piqua hub. Our ideal candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, customer and client focused, and eager to grow as they gain experience and ability. This position will be based out of our Piqua, OH facility and is a full-time opportunity. This person should be creative, self-motivated, organized and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Event planning and social media savviness are valuable traits. We want someone that is local and takes pride in the local community!

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring customer and client satisfaction
• Answering email and call inquiries regarding the space
• Leasing of commercial space, signing new leases, and resigning leases after management approval
• Planning, coordination and management of events such as farmer’s markets, car shows, etc.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the facility
• Supervision and management of commercial tenants and vendors
• Working with management on unit pricing and availability
• Generation of revenue reports
• Management of accounts receivable
• Networking with local travel agents, tourism groups and other industry professionals to maximize awareness and revenue
• Working closely with our Marketing department on projects related to promotional material, social media content, advertising, website content, etc.
• Ability to travel between locations as needed
• Having a flexible schedule including weekend and evening availability when necessary
• Other duties as assigned by management

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Background in property management
• Previous commercial property management is a huge plus
• Pride and knowledge of the local community
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Strong computer skills and ability to grasp new software and programs
• Strong communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Must be highly organized
• Accuracy is critical
• Self-motivated
