Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with product information to help them make purchasing decisions.
• Provide customers with product demonstrations.
• Assist customers in making purchases by offering payment options.
• Become knowledgeable about the products that are sold by the store.
• Respond to customer complaints.
• Welcome customers to the store
• “Go the extra mile”
• Maintain stock levels on the sales floor
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross-sell products
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
