Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of product inventory and availability
- Organize and stock merchandise on the sales floor

Skills:
