• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customer, UPS Store team members, and leadership.
• Takes ownership of customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment
• Follow and understand quality guidelines
• Processing and packing of customer merchandise for shipping
• Production, coordination, quality review and completion of customer print jobs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
