Retail Store Customer Service Representative jobs in Troy, NY

If you enjoy working with numbers, identifying potential issues and speaking with customers, the Financial Customer Service Representative position at The Vermont Country Store may be just right for you.  In your role, you’ll ensure customer orders are processed accurately and timely as well as monitoring transactions and using reports to identify potential fraudulent transactions and trends.  This is an in-person role performed in our office located at 15 West Street, Rutland, Vermont.

 A Sampling of What You’ll Do 

• Process held orders by working with customers, credit card processor and issuing banks
• Pinpoint fraudulent activities on transactions done with the company to prevent losses
• Review and resolve current fraud detection and prevention efforts
• Keep tabs on transactions that may be potentially fraudulent and work with management to ensure all possible corrective measures are taken when fraud is apparent

• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Customer Service preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and web-based applications preferred
