SeaBear Company is accepting applications and hiring immediately for our Customer Service team. We are looking for ONE motivated hard-working individual to THRILL our customers through world class customer service.
This position is full-time, call center and store associate. :

Job Summary: :Responsible for answering inbound calls from catalog customers and prospects, assisting them with their purchases, providing them with product information, entering their orders online and resolving a variety of customer issues. The ideal person will also need to be comfortable making outbound calls and upselling during all calls.
While working in the retail store, the role is to THRILL our customers by keeping the store looking great, helping with inventory management, and cash handling (opening and closing duties). Through various training, the Associate gains an in-depth knowledge of our products and the stories that make these artisan products unique. The Associate will need to love working in a team environment and be flexible to help the team succeed. This position reports to the Customer Experience Manager.

• Primary Job Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls and assist customers with purchases

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on list provided by manager. (Commission applies to sales)

• Meet all service level and production requirements

• Data entry of orders via phone, mail, fax

• Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns

• Clearly document all customer information online

• Artisan Selling

• Sample Serving

• Gift Wrapping & Shipping

• Point of sale computer system use & financial transactions

• Inventory Stocking

• Resolve customer complaints and diffuse difficult customer contacts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Must be skilled in problem-solving, trouble shooting, and conflict resolution

• Computer skills including typing and internet proficient

Education Requirements:: High School Diploma or equivalent
Availability: :Day shifts, Must have Saturday availability
Compensation: $17.00-18.00/hour, immediate product discounts, commission on sales that meet guidelines.
